I am an energetic and outgoing IT professional with customer service experience since my early teens. At Webhelp, I delivered second-line support for iOS and macOS users, handled escalations, and coordinated with authorized global repair partners. I bring a practical mindset, strong communication, and a focus on resolving issues end-to-end.
